Tracey McCleave

R.E.I.N.S, which was founded with a goal of providing rescue and rehabilitation for abused, abandoned, neglected and auction bound horses across North America so that they may be placed in long term loving homes. We provide carefully screened foster homes throughout the United States and Canada which offer safe havens in which to rehabilitate and work with each equine towards our goal of placing them in permanent homes.
